If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all of your money. If our plumbers smoke or swear in your home, are not drug-free, do not use floor protection, or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. If a repair fails in the first year, we will repair it again absolutely free.
- WHOLE-HOUSE REPIPING
We guarantee that your whole house repiping project will be completed on or before the date we have promised. We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 20 years. If your pipes fail at any time during that period (excluding acts of God, riot, or war), we will repair the failure free of charge. We guarantee that all materials used are as specified and up to code in your area. And we guarantee to protect the condition of your home.
- PLUMBING EQUIPMENT AND FIXTURE
We guarantee that the equipment and/or fixtures we have installed in your home will perform as we have stated. If any equipment or fixture fails during normal use in the first year, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to you.
- BEST-VALUE WATER HEATER SOLUTION
We guarantee you will not be able to find an identical water heater solution (product, service, installation quality, warranty, or guarantee) from another company for less or we will happily pay you the difference plus a $25 finder’s fee.
- CLEAR 90-DAY, NO-CLOG
Your interior lines will remain clear, but in the unlikely event a blockage occurs within the following 90 days, you will receive priority service status. A plumber will be sent to your home that same day to restore water flow at no additional cost to you!
- $100 NO-AGGRAVATION
We stand behind our installations and products so firmly that if your water heater fails within the first year, not only will we fix it for free, but we will also give you $100 in vouchers towards future services. It’s our way of saying, “sorry for the aggravation.”

Should your water heater tank develop a leak during its guaranteed period, we will remove it and give you a completely new water heater free of charge. If you have ever experienced a “lemon” before, you will truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.

The water heater we have installed will perform as we have stated. If your water heater fails to deliver your family the hot water you were expecting within the next year, we will refund 100% of your investment.
- MAINLINE 1-YEAR TRIP
Your main sewer line will remain clear, but in the unlikely event of a stoppage within the first year of installation, you will receive priority service status. A plumber will be sent to inspect the line with a camera and restore water flow at no additional cost to you. Should a tree root be responsible for stoppage, you are only eligible for one additional clearing of the line.
